Written materials on preventive law are retained in numerous library collections nationwide. Two of the largest are kept by the Library of Congress and the University of Southern California (USC) Law Library. For many years, the USC Law School was the teaching home of Professor Louis M. Brown, the preeminent exponent of preventive law practice. The collection at USC contains numerous materials selected by Professor Brown and many of his personal papers. The bibliographic materials located at the two links below describe the preventive law materials contained in these two important collections. Many of these same materials will be available in other university and public law libraries. Preventive Law Materials in the Library of Congress |
